Riz Story added filmmaking to his arsenal of creative talents in 1997.  Unique in his grasp of all elements of filmmaking, he has pioneered the technique of SOLO CINEMA in which he performs every major creative role on a film, including writing, directing, cinematography, editing, scoring,  and mixing.  His debut feature film, "A Winter Rose" is a shining example of his wide array of talents.  The film, which spawned six top ten songs written by Story (Billboard - Hot Singles Chart), was praised by VARIETY MAGAZINE who proclaimed that "Riz Story Embodies Indie Spirit in A Winter Rose."
